With over 8 years of experience in compounding both organic and silicone rubber, Nicolas is driven by an unwavering passion for rubber compounding. He proudly served as the Technical Manager for HEXPOL Silicone, a testament to his expertise and dedication in the field. Nicolas specializes in research and development, formula development, quality assurance, and process improvement, making him an invaluable resource in the world of rubber compounding.
